We warmly welcome practitioners from all magical and spiritual traditions, including witches, pagans, Wiccans, healers, herbalists, astrologers, intuitive readers, mediums, energy workers, ceremonial practitioners, folk magic practitioners, and those devoted to the mystical arts. Our conference celebrates ancient wisdom, modern practice, and the many paths of spiritual exploration through education, ceremony, ritual, healing, divination, botanical traditions, elemental magic, folklore, and personal transformation.

We are honored by your interest in sharing your knowledge and experience with our community. To help ensure a meaningful and enriching experience for both presenters and attendees, please review the following information before submitting your application.

Presenter Information & Expectations

Experience
Presenters should have meaningful knowledge, training, professional experience, or lived experience in the subject they wish to present. We welcome authentic practitioners who are passionate about sharing their craft with integrity.

​

Educational Focus
When you apply as a speaker, education focus sessions should be informative, engaging, and provide genuine educational value to attendees. While presenters are welcome to briefly mention their products, services, books, or offerings, presentations must not function primarily as sales pitches or promotional seminars. Our goal is to create an educational experience that inspires learning and connection.

Participant Resources
Presenters are required to provide attendees with supporting materials related to their presentation, such as handouts, worksheets, resource lists, recipes, references, or other educational materials, where appropriate.

Application Review
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance as a speaker. Applications are carefully reviewed based on their educational value, originality, relevance to the conference theme, presenter experience, topic diversity, and scheduling availability.

No Legal Obligation
Submission of this application does not create a legal or contractual agreement between the applicant and the Witches' Gathering Conference. If selected, presenters will receive a separate Speaker Agreement outlining the terms, expectations, and responsibilities.

Complete Applications
Only fully completed applications will be considered for review.

​

Session Length
All lectures, workshops, demonstrations, and presentations are scheduled for 60 minutes, including time for questions, where applicable.

​

Photography & Media Release
By participating, presenters acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken during their session. These images and recordings may be used by the Witches' Gathering Conference for promotional, educational, marketing, website, social media, and future event materials without additional compensation.

​

Travel & Accommodation
Presenters are responsible for all travel, accommodation, meals, and related expenses unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the conference organizers.

Promotion
Presenters are expected to actively support the promotion of their session using the conference's promotional materials, graphics, ticket links, and social media assets. Collaborative promotion helps create a successful event for everyone and is appreciated when considering future speaking opportunities.

​

Professionalism
Presenters are expected to conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and inclusively throughout the conference. We strive to create a welcoming environment where attendees of all backgrounds, traditions, and experience levels feel safe, respected, and supported.
