Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2027 Witches Gathering Conference.

We welcome knowledgeable and inspiring presenters who are passionate about educating and empowering our community.

Handouts are essential for The Witches Gathering Conference. Handouts will be required 40 days prior to your scheduled time, should your application be accepted. Will you be providing handouts for your workshop/lecture?

ACCEPTANCE
If your proposal is accepted, you will be asked to: 

• Sign a presenter’s contract of presentation. 

• Sign a waiver of release and liability. 

• Transmit your handouts (PDF files) for your presentation well in advance of your session. ( 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE).

• Submit your profile information, which will include: 

  • A professional headshot, clear of background distractions. 

  • Your website information. 

  •  Your social media account links or ‘handles’. 

  •  Your profile/biography – we will edit as needed.
