Thank you for your interest in presenting at The Witches Gathering.
Welcome, Witches of all traditions, Healers, Pagans, Wiccans, Enchanters, Mystical Readers, Herbalists, Astrologers, Mediums, Angelic Practitioners, Yoga Teachers, Sound Healers, Crystal Guides, and anyone looking to be part of The Witches Gathering Community.
This group will focus on the ancient principles and practices of traditional witchcraft spirituality, ceremony & rituals, working with spirits, angels, the elementals, botanicals, crystals, divination, a variety of healing practices/modalities and many other ancient practices.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We understand that the opportunity for you to present, speak and/or teach at a conference is significant and that completing this application requires time and energy on both our parts: for you to submit and for us to review.
In recognizing this, we want to ensure the communication between us is clear.
Before completing the requested information in this package, please read the following carefully:
All applicants must have experience in the field they are wanting to present.
Applicant agrees to providing handouts to all attendees on the topic they are presenting.
The Applicant understands that submission of a completed proposal form does not in any way guarantee them a speaking slot in the program, nor is the form intended to create a legally binding relationship between the presenter, submitter, and the event. Please be advised that any offer to speak, present, lecture or teach in the event will be subject to the terms and conditions to be agreed upon later through a separate document and waiver release.
Applicant understands that incomplete applications cannot be accepted and will not be reviewed.
The Applicant understands that all Lectures/Workshops will be one hour in length.
The Applicant understands that during your presentation/Lecture or workshop, photos and video may be taken and used on our social media outlets, marketing material and website. By submitting a proposal, you agree for your presentation to be have photos and video published in this manner.
Funding for travel and accommodations is not provided to any speakers presenting in person for the (date of event goes in here), event.
The Applicant understands that it is the applicant’s responsibility to create awareness and share all marketing (which will be proved) for The Witches Gathering via their social media outlets and website with the ticket link to their workshop/lecture (which will also be provided to you). Failure to do so will result not having you present at future Witches Gatherings.
Application Form
You will receive a response within 48hrs if you have been accepted.
ACCEPTANCE
If your proposal is accepted, you will be asked to:
• Sign a presenter’s contract of presentation.
• Sign a waiver of release and liability.
• Transmit your handouts (PDF files) for your presentation well in advance of your session. (ONE MONTH PRIOR TO EVENT DATE).
• Submit your profile information, which will include:
A professional headshot, clear of background distractions.
Your website information.
Your social media account links or ‘handles’.
Your profile/biography – we will edit as needed.
